My name is Ajisha P P, an Electrician trade student at NSTI Calicut. Along with my teammates, I worked on a project titled "Employee Attendance Dashboard using MS Excel". We used Microsoft Excel as our main tool to collect, analyse, and visualize employee attendance data.

We have analyzed attendance data to create a dashboard which provides the following insights:

The dashboard highlights trends in employee leaves, helping identify peak leave periods and frequent absences.
The analysis shows patterns of tardiness across departments and time periods.
Visual comparisons reveal attendance trends across different departments.
The dashboard helps pinpoint employees with repeated absences, aiding in workforce planning.
These insights assist in better scheduling, improving productivity, and enhancing workforce management.

My name is Anchal Singh, a trainee in the Cosmetology trade at NSTI (W) Hyderabad. As part of our curriculum, my team and I worked on a unique cross-disciplinary project titled "HR Attrition Analysis Dashboard using Excel." This experience opened my eyes to how data plays a vital role in every industry, including ours.

We have developed a dashboard that provides the following insights to help HR professionals improve employee retention:

I’m Divya Dinesh Jogadiya, currently pursuing the COPA trade at NSTI(W) Mumbai. Recently, I had the opportunity to collaborate with my teammates on a project titled "Budgeting and Expense Tracker Dashboard"—a digital solution aimed at helping individuals manage their personal finances more effectively.

To build the dashboard, we relied on Microsoft Excel, which gave us the flexibility to structure data, apply formulas for automation, and design user-friendly dashboards.

Our final product was an interactive dashboard that allows users to track income, expenses, and savings in real time. The budgeting dashboard that provides the following insights:

Helped visualized income sources and spending categories for better financial clarity.
Charts and graphs revealed spending trends, making it easier to identify and cut unnecessary expenses.
Setting monthly savings goals in Excel encourages consistent saving and financial preparedness.
Dashboards with alerts and progress indicators help users stay on track and feel more financially secure.

My name is Dhanalakshmi M S, a trainee in the COPA trade at NSTI. As part of our training, I worked on a meaningful project titled "ZenStudent: Your Mental Wellbeing Companion using Copilot Agent." This initiative allowed us to explore how technology can support emotional and mental wellness among students.

To create ZenStudent, an empathetic and interactive chatbot using Microsoft Copilot Studio that supports students' mental well-being.

Key Features of our project are :

Offers breathing exercises, calming tips, and relaxation methods.
Guides students through short, focused mindfulness and meditation sessions.
Provides tailored suggestions based on students’ emotional state and academic stress levels.
Gives easy access to professional help, helplines, and campus mental health services.
